And now it is very quiet, too. This area just seems to attract sudden noises in the middle of the night, and being a light sleeper they don't half make the heart pound sometimes! As for the neighbours, well, I am sure they will settle in and quieter down. I am contemplating taking a homemade cake round as a sort of neighbourly bribe. And at least whilst they are eating it they might just hush up for a while! My sympathies re: loud and rude men. Horrible thing to have to tolerate. Primrose is fine. I suspect she is coming to end of her first laying cycle and is being hormonal.

Hi Jessica! We took the house off the market a while ago because we got fed up with how the estate agent was behaving. And then we spent a small fortune having the back garden titivated, so I am determined to brazen out the noise so I can enjoy the garden for a while. Meanwhile, my plan is to conquer noise with noise. I believe they could cancel each other out!Denisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14807711320833327920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-106928977422765787.post-3405839394454943972013-08-10T18:37:58.805+01:002013-08-10T18:37:58.805+01:00I just hope your plans to move come to fruition so...I just hope your plans to move come to fruition soon!rusty duckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12238493821002258459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-106928977422765787.post-77350335752428274272013-08-10T16:48:49.127+01:002013-08-10T16:48:49.127+01:00Oh Dear. However, our day time noises will make you feel better- EXTREMELY ANNOYING MEN tear up and down the track next door in their horrible vans on some sort of business or another and employ the very loud use of the word f*!k for every other word because they don't know how to speak properly. Hope Primrose has calmed down now :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
